About

In a nutshell…

I work with passionate and talented individuals who are serious about developing and managing their careers, improving their performance at work or enriching their current work situation.  I am also involved with London Business School MBA students in delivering career skills training and coaching workshops and have been involved in career planning with Fellows past and present from the Clore Social Leadership Programme.

About me

My interest and longstanding commitment to supporting people in their career development stretches back nearly 15 years and includes working for a national executive search firm as a Director and Head of Practice, handling a wide range of key leadership and specialist appointments on behalf of not for profit and public sector organisations. I have also worked directly in the sector in the past and continue to give support where I can as a Trustee and volunteer. This experience helps me to bring a deep understanding of the wide range of functions and roles in organisations and the expectations, and pressure, on individuals to perform at the highest level.

In addition to my hands-on practical experience of coaching over the past 8 years, I have a postgraduate qualification in career management (passed with distinction), which included a study into the value of structured career mentoring programmes in the workplace.
